As a new and innovative change agent, I bring over 20 years of experience in business management, development, and consulting, combined with a Doctorate in Business Administration majoring in Organisational Change, Transformation, and Development from UWA.

I have founded OCORA Consulting to provide a professional, experienced, innovative, and reliable approach for the development of change leadership in your organisation.

OCORA specialises in the analyses and guidance for development of successful organisational change leadership for SMEs, Government, and Private Sector Corporate. OCORA provides for a scientific and experience based understanding of how to lead through the challenges of change with the highest possible chance of success.

As the principal consultant and founder of OCORA, I combine consulting experience with a practical understanding of business leadership in a rapidly changing environment.

My key capabilities include Strategic Business and People Planning, Cultural Transformation, Change Leadership, Learning, Development, Strategy, and Planning, as well as Leadership Development and Coaching.

Whilst I am well versed in strategy development, systems and structures assessment and implementation, my main strength lies in the recognition and manipulation of employees values and beliefs systems.This understanding enables me to develop communication and stakeholder involvement strategies that appeal to the intrinsic motivators of employees.
